Perthshire-born Graeme Pallister is chef patron of 63 Tay Street since 2007.  Graeme and his small team are passionate about using the best quality ingredients from local suppliers following their mantra ‘Local. Honest. Simple’ they create dishes that allow the ingredient to do the talking.

Graeme was awarded CIS  Scottish chef of the year 2013, we were also awarded Scottish Restaurant of the Year 2017 and 2019. We are also very proud to have maintained 2 AA rosettes since opening.

Our '4 for £24' lunch menu has gathered quite the cult following and we have to say, its more than well-deserved!
Four amazing courses of Graeme's award-winning food all created using local, seasonal ingredients and a passion that has fuelled over 25 years the kitchen.

Enjoy our most popular and refined dining experience. Sit back and enjoy 5 courses for £49 or 6 for £58 if you would like to enjoy seasonal cheeses before or after dessert.

Furthermore, Christopher will present you with a flight of wines carefully matching each course. We have two flight packages; a classic selection for £25 and an exclusive selection for £36 per person.
All of our wines are tasted and selected by our team alongside our prestigious supplier l’Art Du Vin.
