63 was established in 2007 by Perthshire born Graeme Pallister. Graeme has crafted his passion in kitchens since 1994 when he began his career at Kinloch House Hotel aged 17, since then has worked at the Angel in Sussex, Longueville Manor in Jersey, Let’s Eat in Perth and was part of the now world famous Restaurant Andrew Fairlie in his first year, to name a select few. Graeme was awarded the prestigious Catering In Scotland Chef of the Year in 2013 and described by top food critic Joanna Blythman as “one of the countries most reliable cooks”.
His right hand man in the kitchen Lee Steele has worked alongside him for 6 years and cements a well known passionate and evolving cooking standard that has helped win 63 Restaurant of the Year both in 2017 and 2019.
Our manager Christopher Strachan will look after you from the moment you open our door till you step back out. Christopher has vast experience from great venues such as The Three Chimneys in Skye and The Hand and Flowers in Marlow, if he isn’t filling your boots with his charm and customer service he will be filling your glasses with his extensive passion for wine.
