Born in Perthshire, Graeme Pallister is Chef/Patron at 63 Tay Street.
Graeme trained at Kinloch House Hotel in the mid 90s and has since worked at Longueville Manor Jersey, The Angel in Sussex, at Restaurant Andrew Fairlie Gleneagles, and Perth's Lets Eat where he was head chef for 2 years.
Graeme went back to Kinloch House as head chef for a brief period before returning to Perth and the Parklands Hotel where he achieved 2 AA rosettes and Eat Scotland Silver.
Although still involved in the Parklands Hotel, Graeme's focus since 2007 has been on developing 63 Tay Street as his signature restaurant.
In 2006 and 2007 Graeme was Highly Commended at the Scottish Chef Awards, for both City Chef of the Year and Scottish Hotel Chef of the Year.
In early 2008 Graeme Pallister was selected to become a Masterchef of Great Britain.
