63 Tay Street restaurant is situated in the heart of historic Perth adjacent to the River Tay which passes through the town.
63 Tay street is a first venture for Graeme Pallister, a chef who's local roots have led him to work previously in renowned local restaurants after time spent in Southern England and Jersey.
The restaurant by day is light and airy with a contemporary feel to the space. In the evenings for diner the atmosphere is relaxed and sophisticated.
Restaurant dining is provided 5 days a week Tuesday to Saturday, with the ability to hire the restaurant for private functions on a Sunday or Monday.
We use produce sourced both locally and from fine suppliers a little further afield combined with a strong emphasis on seasonality.
The wine list is extensive and features many new world wines and fair amount of older classics. Many of the wines are sourced from small producers with limited output.
